Job-Contract

1. Start The process begins when an Aladin posts a job request.

2. Job Posting & Matching

   • Aladin posts the job with requirements.

   • The protocol suggests a list of suitable Genies.

3. Contract Setup

   • Aladin and Genie agree on terms and sign the smart contract.

4. Escrow & Optional Hydra

   • Both parties deposit tokens ($LAMP) into escrow.

   • For complex tasks, an optional Hydra Head may be opened.

5. Work Execution

   • The Genie conducts the work as agreed.

6. Possible Outcomes

   • Completed: If both parties agree, the contract is marked successful → funds are distributed and the treasury is updated.

   • Dispute: If there is a disagreement, a Petition activates the Sultan Council.

     • The Sultan’s Verdict decides the outcome:

       • If Aladin wins → escrow is refunded.

       • If Genie wins → funds are distributed and payment released.

   • Deadline Risk: If deadlines are at risk, Aladin may choose to outsource the task to a trusted Aladin Service provider.

7. Reputation Update

   • Regardless of the outcome, both Aladin and Genie have their CVC scores updated based on performance.

8. End & Closure

   • The smart contract is closed.

   • If a Hydra Head was opened, it is closed as well.
