Petition

When one party does not accept the outcome of the contract, they can file a petition. The purpose of the petition is to ensure fairness for the parties involved and to conclude the smart contract.

The petition must include all relevant information regarding the contract, such as the contract terms, evidence of work completion, opinions of the disputing parties, and a portion of the LAMP tokens staked by both parties in the contract. The party that loses the petition will forfeit their portion of the tokens to the party that provides the best resolution.

The petition will be submitted to the community of available Genies, specifically reaching out to those with experience in resolving similar contracts.

A petition resolution council will be formed, consisting of the Employer, Employee, Genie's Employer, Genie's Employee, and a Nominee Genie.
